Format

  • The Preliminary Round is a standard Jeopardy-style CTF.
  • The CTF platform is open from 05.10 to 09.10, each day from 10:00 to 22:00 UTC+3.
  • Each participant gets a single 3-hour attempt. When you click "Start solving" and confirm, your 3-hour timer begins. Once the time expires, your user account is locked and your attempt is recorded.
  • To get the full 3 hours of play time, make sure to start your attempt before 19:00!
  • If you experience any issues during your play time, please contact Oliver Kikas on Discord: @localhost1001

Scoring

  • Each challenge has a fixed point value reflecting its difficulty (shown on the platform).
  • If hints are available, unlocking them applies a point deduction (displayed before you confirm).
  • Ties are resolved by (1) shortest elapsed time to reach the score, then (2) fewest incorrect flag submissions.
